Teagan Fryberger
I’m an adventure-seeking mama raising strong, independent boys, and the outdoors has always been where I recharge and find inspiration. As a business owner and operator, I bring drive, vision, and a deep passion for building community wherever I am. Fitness for me is about being strong enough — physically and mentally — to show up fully for my family and my community. I believe in keeping fitness efficient, accessible, and joyful, and I love being part of Fellowship Fitness where those values shine.

I've been part of FF for 2 years now and am honored to serve on the Board. Fitness has become a family affair for us, with my daughter, Brooklyn and future son-in-law, Tim joining me in workout search week! Professionally, I work in the children's publishing industry and also stay active as a volleyball official. when I'm not busy with work or workouts, you can usually find me enjoying Griz Baseball, Volleyball and Football games with my husband and our adult kids (our son plays for the Griz!), paddle boarding and hiking, traveling, reading, savoring good chocolate and listening to live music.

Dr. Colleen Weseloh
I am a hospitalist physician at our local hospital and mother of a beautiful little girl. I love running and hiking, and recently found jot in weight training--thanks to Fellowship Fitness. I am excited to serve on the board, and hope to promote health and wellness in our community.

My family and I moved to Polson 10 years ago from the midwest for work, but primarily wanted to be closer to the mountains and outdoor actives. I love to hike, ski, and just generally get outside in nature with my family. I joined FF at the beginning to help myself be accountable with regular exercise, and quickly became a big fan of the LES MILLS group fitness classes taught by our amazing instructors

Coyote Fairbank
I'm a licensed clinical Social Worker providing mental health support in Montana and Idaho, with a strong belief in the connection between physical activity and emotional well-being. As a former college athlete and longtime youth sports coach, I've seen firsthand how movement can positively impact mental health. My family and I have lived in Polson for over 10 years, and I'm passionate about helping others build resilience, balance, and overall wellness through both mental and physical practices.

Anna Ruminer
I've always loved movement- from guiding adventures in my 20's to chapters as a climber, yoga instructor and distance runner. Now in my 40's, I've found weightlifting to be the most rewarding way to stay strong while juggling the life of a working mom with two boys. My patients in cardiac rehab inspire me daily to value strength, balance and endurance at every age. What started as a workout at FF has become a joyful community I'm grateful to be a part of.
