LEAD FITNESS.

SERVE COMMUNITY.

It isn't just a class, it's a chance to change lives.

Why Teach With Us?

At Fellowship Fitness, you’ll do more than lead workouts — you’ll inspire confidence, create belonging, and bring world-class LES MILLS™ programs to life. Our instructors are community-builders, motivators, and yes — absolute rockstars.

  • Impact lives: Every cue, every track, every class changes someone’s day — and often their life.

  • Lead the mission: As a nonprofit, donation-based studio, you’ll be part of something bigger: making fitness accessible to everyone.

  • Serve your community: Instructing here isn’t a job — it’s a way to invest in others, build connection, and give back through movement.

What It Takes

This opportunity is life-changing, but it also requires commitment.

  • Certification in a LES MILLS™ program (process typically takes 2–3 months).

  • Dedication to safe, inclusive, motivating coaching.

  • One-year volunteer commitment once certified.

  • Availability based on season and demand — schedules shift, but the community always comes first.

  • Reliability — showing up for your class and the FF community every time.

Community-Driven First

Fellowship Fitness is powered by community. Our instructors volunteer their time because they believe in the mission: fitness for everyone. When you step up to teach, you’re not just leading a workout — you’re serving your neighbors, investing in health, and creating a stronger, more connected community.
